Tory Tucker - President
Tory Tucker is a 10-year resident in the neighborhood. He is currently the Board President.
Tory Tucker is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and has over 25 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate.
As a full-time Insurance professional in the Commercial Property industry, he brings expertise, insight and skills in the area of Condominium Property Insurance and Commercial General Liability, Contract negotiations and Condominium Property Management.
Tory holds a Business/Marketing degree from Northwest Missouri State University and has over 30 years in the Commercial Property Insurance Industry. He has the knowledge and insight that will deliver the results that will continue to increase neighborhood values and growth in this community. In addition, Tory finds time to volunteer as a mentor with Big Brother & Big Sister Program of Greater Atlanta.
M.V. Johnson - Secretary
M.V. Johnson is Secretary of the Gates at Bouldercrest. She is a pet lover and proud original owner in the community. Her focus for the Gates at Bouldercrest is improving communication and reinforcing our neighborhood mission of making the Gates at place everyone considers home.
She has a B.A., in Creative Writing from Emory University and an M.S., in Journalism from Northwestern University. She also has a background in diversity, journalism and strategic communications.
Ronnie Melvin - Treasurer
Ronnie Melvin is a 5-year resident in the neighborhood. He is currently the Board Treasurer.
Ronnie has an undergraduate and graduate level accounting degree from North Carolina A&T and Michigan State respectively. Additionally, Ronnie is a CPA and has served on board of a Non-profit as financial Secretary for the last 5 years.
Ronnie has recently helped on the finance committee and the parking committee. Ronnie enjoys serving the community and looks forward to helping to bring more transparency to our community.
Ryan Lebo - Member-At-Large
Ryan Lebo is an 18-year resident in the neighborhood. He is currently the Board Landscape Chairperson.
Ryan has worked in the aviation industry for 24 years as a mechanical/electrical test engineer. Ryan has experience managing several process improvement projects, and coordination with suppliers and vendors to procure equipment and services throughout his career. Ryan is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering.
Ryan enjoys watching movies, cooking and trying new recipes, exploring local hiking trails, riding bike, and other outdoor activities such as landscaping, as well as traveling with family and friends.
Over the past 18 years, Ryan has served in several roles and capacities volunteering on the Board to maintain and improve the value of our neighborhood. He has attended several UOA training and informational sessions to learn best practices serving on a UOA Board. Ryan has assisted in coordinating many projects within the community such as mailbox upgrades and repairs, gate repairs and refurbishment, property inspections, and many landscape projects from trees & shrubs to drainage.
The Board of Directors meets every 2nd Wednesday of the month online via Zoom or Ring Central. Once each quarter (March, June, September), the meetings are typically held at the Neighborhood Gazebo in a Town Hall session format to communicate and discuss issues with the community. However, due to Covid-19, all meetings and community engagement have been held online via Zoom or Ring Central. The neighborhood annual meeting is held in December. Meetings are held from 7:00 - 8:30 PM. Residents are welcome and encouraged to attend and participate in the open dialog portion of each meeting.
