M.V. Johnson - President
M.V. Johnson is President of the Gates at Bouldercrest. She is a pet lover and proud original owner in the community. Her focus for the Gates at Bouldercrest is improving communication and reinforcing our neighborhood mission of making the Gates at place everyone considers home.
She has a B.A., in Creative Writing from Emory University and an M.S., in Journalism from Northwestern University. She also has a background in diversity, journalism and strategic communications.
Ryan Lebo - Secretary
Ryan Lebo is an 19-year resident in the neighborhood. He is currently the Board Secretary and Landscape Chairperson.
Ryan has worked in the aviation industry for 25 years as a mechanical/electrical test engineer. Ryan has experience managing several process improvement projects, and coordination with suppliers and vendors to procure equipment and services throughout his career. Ryan is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering.
Ryan enjoys watching movies, cooking and trying new recipes, exploring local hiking trails, riding bike, and other outdoor activities such as landscaping, as well as traveling with family and friends.
Over the past 18 years, Ryan has served in several roles and capacities volunteering on the Board to maintain and improve the value of our neighborhood. He has attended several UOA training and informational sessions to learn best practices serving on a UOA Board. Ryan has assisted in coordinating many projects within the community such as mailbox upgrades and repairs, gate repairs and refurbishment, property inspections, and many landscape projects from trees & shrubs to drainage.
The Board of Directors meets every 2nd Tuesday of the month online via Zoom. Once each quarter (March, June, September), the meetings are typically held in a Town Hall session format to communicate and discuss issues with the community. The neighborhood annual meeting is held in December. Meetings are held from 7:00 - 8:30 PM. Residents are welcome and encouraged to attend and participate in the open dialog portion of each meeting.
