Community Yard Sale
Many of us cleaned out our garage's and sold items at the community yard sale. All proceeds were retained by the unit owners.

Summer Picnic
Each summer our neighbors gather at the gazebo in the park for an afternoon of fun and great food.  Everyone comes together for a neighborly cook out in the park, each brining their favorite side dish to share.
