GAB Rules and Regulations Acknowledgement Form
This form is required for new homeowners, as well as homeowners who have roommates or lease their property. By signing, the homeowner acknowledges receipt and understanding of the community rules and regulations. Additionally, the homeowner confirms that they have shared these rules with their roommates and/or tenants. By signing, all residents agree to comply with the community's rules and regulations.
